Moree Gateway is a major urban redevelopment initiative, on the Newell Highway, between Moree Airport, and the central business area. The project encompasses development of a 50ha site, strategically positioned adjacent to airport, rail, and highway, as a major mixed use hub for the Moree region.

The project focus is on improved transport facilities. P+I developed the project concept, prepared feasibilities, solicited and secured interest for prospective land purchasers and developers, and tendered the infrastructure works. In its role as Development Manager, P+I assisted with the development approval, arranged finance, and assisted deliver the infrastructure works.
